Through years of unremitting efforts, Tianqiong Electronics has solved the key technical problems of sapphire oscillator, and exhibited China's first engineered sapphire oscillator at the Radar & Future Summit held in Chengdu Tianfu Conference Center in November 2022, which has been highly praised by many experts and customers. TQSRO-C20 and TQSRO-C50, two compact and thermostatic ultra-low phase noise sapphire oscillators, have been released. The two products have excellent ultra-stable signal output and are suitable for radar, quantum physics, broadband communications, and precision physical measurements.
The two products are briefly described below:
1. TQSRO-C20
TQSRO-C20 is the first engineered sapphire oscillator in China. The oscillator adopts high quality factor sapphire resonator, builds an ultra-low phase noise oscillating circuit, and adopts high-precision thermostatic control to overcome the influence of external ambient temperature; the stability of the output signal is significantly better than that of a crystal frequency multiplier. The oscillator has the following characteristics:
(1) The output signals of 10GHz, 5GHz and 100MHz are phase-locked to each other;
(2) The amplitude of the output 10G frequency signal is >10dBm and the phase noise is below 145dBc@10KHz;
With extremely excellent performance, TQSRO-C20 will provide accurate scales for human high-precision physical measurements, and benchmark frequency signals for wireless measurement and control, broadband communications, quantum measurements and telemetry remote sensing.
2. TQSRO-C50
TQSRO-C50 is a compact sapphire oscillator, which adopts a high quality factor sapphire resonator, constructs an ultra-low phase noise oscillation loop, and adopts high-precision thermostatic control to overcome the influence of the external ambient temperature; the stability of its output signals is significantly better than that of a crystal frequency multiplier. The oscillator has the following characteristics:
(1) The output 10GHz frequency signal;
(2) The amplitude of the output 10G frequency signal is >10dBm, and the phase noise is lower than 145dBc@10KHz;
(3)Can be locked by an external input reference signal;
The TQSRO-C50 has excellent performance in providing reference frequency signals for wireless measurement and control, broadband communication, quantum measurement and telemetry remote sensing, and is suitable for applications where installation size is limited.
